Alvin Scioneaux, Jr. is a seasoned multifamily investment specialist with over 10 years of experience delivering exceptional acquisition, disposition, valuation, and advisory services to private and corporate clients. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multi-million-dollar apartment portfolios, short term rental portfolios, and affordable housing projects, consistently maximizing investor returns. Alvin’s understanding of market trends, coupled with his expertise in financing, development, and joint ventures, has facilitated successful transactions for hundreds of satisfied clients. He currently focuses on Southern California, especially the Greater Los Angeles market.

CAREER HISTORY

Alvin’s previous role as Managing Partner of Financial Athlete Capital and Keystone Private Capital, he oversaw acquisitions and the entire investor’s relations experience. He successfully raised millions of dollars for investment properties nationwide. His leadership played a pivotal role in revitalizing numerous properties, creating significant value for investors.

Before transitioning to real estate full-time, Alvin spent eight years as a Senior Systems Engineer & Mechanical Engineer in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.  During this time, he also served as a trusted real estate advisor within the National Society of Black Engineers, where he was also held the position of Western Regional Chairperson.

Alvin began his career as a professional athlete, playing linebacker in the NFL for the LA Chargers. Drawing on his unique experience in professional sports, Alvin continues to advise athletes on real estate investment strategies. His leadership and expertise have earned him recognition as a top producer in the sports, engineering, and real estate sectors.  

Alvin is an accomplished speaker and contributor, regularly featured in industry publications, conferences, workshops, and ceremonies. His insights and experience make him a sought-after leader across multiple industries.
