James Emrani is an Associate of Lee & Associates – Investment Services Group specializing in the sale of multifamily and commercial investment real estate in the Greater Los Angeles market.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where he holds a B.A. in Economics. While in Santa Barbara James volunteered his time to assist staff at the Santa Barbara College Hospital and has also given time to the Los Angeles Food Bank and to Pepperdine University’s annual Wave of Flags commemoration of September 11th.

James has previously interned at the California Economic Forecast, an economic research and consulting firm in Santa Barbara, California. Where he assisted senior economists in the research and drafting of reports regarding regional, state, and national economies. James has coordinated support between municipal government bodies and commercial real estate executives to acquire and validate logistics, and has developed statistical forecast models for all 58 California Counties. Making James well versed in communicating pertinent economic information to better serve and minimize risk for investors.
