Mark Domeyer has served as in-house counsel for the nation’s largest loan servicer, as a senior associate and as a partner in a law firms relating to insolvency, real estate and finance issues. Later Mark honed his skills as general counsel for a commercial leasing firm and a beverage distributor. In addition to his work as an attorney, Mark has a Master’s of Science in Judicial Administration.
He has extensive litigation experience including first chair trial experience coupled with transactional private practice and government service where he served as an assistant court administrator of a County Trial court and as the chief deputy clerk of the Washington, D.C. Bankruptcy Court. He has served on non-profit boards of the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association and the California Beer & Beverage Distributors.
Mark has represented bankruptcy trustees, official committees, debtors and secured creditors. Representative clients include the Eastern Air Lines Examiner, the Trustee of the Delaware & Hudson Railway and the Receiver in a large Ponzi scheme. Currently Mark serves as Broker Associate with Lee and Associates Investment Services Group, a member of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate group of companies. He is concentrating his practice on distressed properties and those involved in insolvency, receivership, partition or related litigation.
