Responsibilities:

•    Calling prospects to pitch deals and close meetings
•    Marketing existing property listings internally, externally, and to active investors
•    Analyzing financial reports to prepare proposals to clients and prospects
•    Understanding of time management and the ability to stay organized
•    Participating in networking events and local opportunities
•    Initiating, brokering and executing commercial real estate transactions
•    Collaborating with Senior Brokers and Shareholders to achieve business and career goals

•    California DRE License REQUIRED
•    Resilient, smart, outgoing, optimistic and committed to success
•    Superior phone skills
•    High integrity & strong customer focus
•    Minimum 2-3 years’ commercial real estate experience
•    Entrepreneurial mindset
