Lee & Associates Investment Services Group participated in our annual company-wide Lee Summit held every year. This year over 650 Lee & Associates team members, clients, and sponsors were hosted at the Wynn in Las Vegas. Including some of our own junior brokers. A steady schedule of timely topic breakout sessions and key note speakers were put together by our Corporate Office where we were all able to attend. Throughout the two day event, we listened, learned, and networked. We were glad for this opportunity to team build and bond with each other in an energizing environment.
In celebration of our 40th anniversary, CEO Jeffery Rinkov delivered his key note speech to share with us how our company began, what we are doing now and the direction we are taking in the future.
The event ended with a very special tribute to our founder, Mr. Bill Lee. A handful of agents raised funds to produce a wonderful video of Jeffery Rinkov sharing an intimate interview with Bill Lee. For those of us who were the first to see this video, it reminded us of the unique entrepreneurial culture Lee & Associates has cultivated over the past four decades. The new associates got to hear directly from our founder and listened to his story, while the seasoned agents were reminded our of mission and the reason why we love Lee & Associates.
